Tahooooe!

It's always nice to go to Tahoe, isn't it?  Even the drive to get there is enjoyable!  It's so beautiful and the crisp, clean air feels so refreshing.  TheAspen trees right now are a vibrant, gold and a bright, lime green, so it's the perfect time to go up there and experience the changing of fall colors.

When I awoke in the morning, the house was quiet, so I crept upstairs like it was Christmas morning to peer out from the deck to see how the sunrise was developing.  At first, it said "Good morning, today's going to be beautiful..."

Then, seriously, it was only a couple minutes later, the fog rolled in and I was hoping it was just passing through the neighborhood...?

By the time we were finished getting ready the fog had cleared and we were beyond ready to grab some coffee in the nearby Northstar village.  Then off to go exploring with my nephew, Roam.......he's a dog.  :)  A beautiful dog, and I'm not just biased!

It's about time we got some recent shots of you two together!  I love you guys.

Later that day we took a little hike along Prosser Creek and found the perfect little spot for our picnic lunch.  Cheese, salami, crackers, grapes, and of course some wonderful Champagne to toast my parents and their anniversary!

Keira's sharing her grapes with Daddy.  They really are good at sharing. Thank goodness!

Isn't this too cute?!  I had to sneak this one :)  So glad I did.

And as we loaded up to return home, Keira was standing there, doing these little poses that I don't think she even realized how cute she was.  When she noticed I was actually taking pictures, she got shy...

Thanks Andi and Ben for letting us use your wonderful condo again!  The remodel looks fabulous!
