Wedding: Flower Farm, Loomis

I had the pleasure of shooting, as a second shooter, with Alexandra Frankel for a wedding she booked last month.  It's quite fun being the second shooter because I get to focus on the details of the day, focus on the candid expressions, and just have fun with it all.  Besides that, it's soooooo much less pressure!

This wedding was at the beautiful Flower Farm in Loomis.  It was raining when I arrived, but luckily I had brought an umbrella.  Half the time I was holding it over Alex to keep her camera from getting ruined, and the other half the time, the bride and groom were cuddling underneath so it got some good use!  And it just happened to match the couple's wedding colors!  We got lucky because it stopped raining just before the ceremony so everyone was able to enjoy the outdoor ambiance, fruit trees, and the exotic plants surrounding the Flower Farm.  Once the ceremony was over it started raining again--what awesome timing, right?!  Here are a few images from the day.  Alex--you are such a great photographer and I am so happy to have had the chance to shoot with you!  We had fun didn't we?!

Just thought this was interesting...  :)
