Finding fun in Murphys

My husband and I dig the blues.   So of course my mom, being the generous mother that she is, got us 4 tickets to go see BB King in concert at the Ironstone Vineyard in Murphys, for our anniversary gift.  Cool or what?!  Man I love my mom!  So we invited our friends, Mallory and Ryan, to go away with us for the weekend in Murphys.  We stayed in a fabulous little condo at the Forest Meadows vacation rentals which were way nicer and way bigger than the average hotel room (and yet ended up costing the same--good deal).  We explored some of the little towns and parks around us, including Big Trees and Columbia State Parks.

Mallory and Ryan, we had so much fun with you guys! Even Scrabble was fun, eh Mal?
